Terms of Service
Effective 22 July 2026 · HAIZOTECH, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
These terms are an agreement between you and HAIZOTECH, a partnership firm based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”; haizotech.com), the operator of EjectSite. By using EjectSite you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What EjectSite does
EjectSite analyzes a published Framer website that you point it at and generates downloadable code from it — static HTML, a React project, or a Next.js project. Output quality depends on the source site; we do not guarantee that every site converts perfectly.
2. Your responsibility for what you clone
You may only extract websites you own or have permission to extract. EjectSite removes platform badges, not copyright — the rights in a site’s design and content belong to its author regardless of what our tool outputs. Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. You are solely responsible for how you use generated code.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You must provide a valid email address, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 or use the service under supervision of someone who is. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Credits and payment
- Cloning is free. Some export formats require prepaid credits, sold in bundles at the prices shown on the pricing page (inclusive of GST).
- A credit is spent when you download a paid format for an extraction; that format stays unlocked for that extraction and re-downloads are free.
- Credits do not expire, are not transferable between accounts, and have no cash value except as described in the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
- If a paid export fails to build, the credit is automatically returned to your balance.
- Payments are processed by our payment partners; see the Privacy Policy.
5. Your output, our service
We claim no ownership over the code EjectSite generates for you or over the content of sites you extract. The EjectSite service itself — its software, brand, and site — belongs to HAIZOTECH and may not be resold, scraped, reverse-engineered, or used to build a competing extraction service.
6. Service availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. We may change, limit, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after a change means acceptance. Extraction artifacts are retained only temporarily (see the Privacy Policy); download your projects promptly.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAIZOTECH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
