Privacy Policy
Effective 22 July 2026 · HAIZOTECH, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
This policy explains what HAIZOTECH collects when you use EjectSite, why, and how long we keep it. We collect the minimum the service needs, we do not sell personal data, and we write this in plain language on purpose.
1. What we collect
Contact messages
If you use the contact form we store your name, email, and message so we can reply.
Accounts
Email address, display name, a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself), email-verification status, and session cookies that keep you signed in.
Extractions
The URLs you extract, basic metadata about each extraction (site title, page count, date, formats unlocked), and the generated files themselves. Generated files and downloaded assets are automatically deleted after roughly 24 hours; the metadata remains so your dashboard can show your history.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We never receive or store card, UPI, or bank details. We store the purchase record: amount, currency, credits purchased, gateway identifiers, and the state needed for a GST invoice.
Technical
Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamps) for security and rate limiting, retained briefly. We use only functional cookies — sessions — and no third-party advertising trackers.
2. What we use it for
- Running the service: extractions, downloads, your dashboard.
- Accounts, credits, invoices, and support.
- Abuse prevention (rate limits, signup-fraud checks).
- Emails you asked for: verification, receipts, the launch announcement. No marketing spam.
3. Sharing
Personal data is shared only with the processors that run the service — our hosting provider, email delivery provider, and payment gateway — and only to the extent needed. We do not sell or rent personal data. We disclose data if Indian law requires it.
4. Retention
- Extraction artifacts: ~24 hours, then deleted automatically.
- Extraction metadata, account and ledger records: while your account exists.
- Purchase and invoice records: as long as Indian tax law requires.
- Contact messages: until resolved, or until you ask us to remove them.
5. Your rights
In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw consent for anything not needed to provide the service. Deleting your account removes your personal data; ledger and purchase records we must keep for tax purposes are retained in de-identified or legally required form. Reach us via ejectsites@gmail.com.
6. Whose sites you extract
Extracted websites are public pages fetched at your instruction. We act on your request and do not curate or republish that content; it lives briefly in your job artifacts and is deleted on the schedule above. If you believe an extraction infringes your rights, see the takedown process in our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Changes
We will post any material change to this policy on this page and, for account holders, notify you by email.
